Women and children need a place of safety and security. Sadly for many, they find themselves living in a cycle of abuse and abandonment due to gang violence, hardship, drug and alcohol abuse, or poor life decisions. They don't know where to turn or how to safely escape the horrors of daily life.
ImageMakers has been able to step in and help. We provide a place of immediate safety, hidden away from the abusers, while seeking long-term solutions.

Consider this:
A 12-year-old girl was badly beaten by her mother who was in a rage, just seconds away from throwing her from a second-story apartment building. Child Protective Services stepped in and called on ImageMakers Ministries to help.
Three children and their mother daily lived in a household of constant yelling and turmoil, under the threat of imminent abuse. ImageMakers Ministries was able to step in and help.
A 9-year-old boy was left helpless and alone, when his drunken mother, herself a victim of domestic abuse, fell and knocked herself unconscious. Child Protective Services again called on ImageMakers Ministries.

In order to effectively continue rescue operations such as these, we are in urgent need of funding.
There are women and children attempting to escape gang violence. Others who simply need love and hope rather than abuse and abandonment. Still others who don't know how to escape the cycle of domestic violence.
Will you help us in this effort?
We need to raise $15,000 in the next 30 days. The need is great. Please click here to give and note "domestic violence" in your gift.
